Question 1

Can I watch my mattress being made?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose your size, thickness and material in the showroom and we cut and stitch it in front of you, usually within the hour, so you can check the materials and the work before it leaves.

Question 2

What does the 10-year warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Every mattress is covered for 10 years against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. That includes sagging or body impressions deeper than 25 mm that are not caused by an unsupportive base, splits or cracks in the foam under normal use, and faults in stitching or zips. It does not cover normal softening, comfort preference, misuse, an inadequate base, moisture, stains or tears. The full terms are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Question 3

Is delivery really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Two things can carry a charge, and we always tell you before you order: a rural address outside our normal network, and carrying a mattress up several floors where there is no lift.

Question 4

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery is 5-10 working days. A custom size takes longer. You will get tracking details by SMS or email when it is dispatched. If you buy in a showroom, most mattresses are ready the same day.

Question 5

Can you take away my old mattress?

Accepted Answer

We do not collect old mattresses from your home, but if you bring yours to one of our showrooms we will take it off your hands.

Question 6

What sizes are available?

Accepted Answer

The standard sizes are Single (90x190 cm), Double (135x190 cm), Queen (150x200 cm) and King (180x200 cm). We also make any other width, length and thickness to order.

Question 7

How do I choose the right firmness level?

Accepted Answer

Firmness is personal. Side sleepers often prefer something softer, while back and stomach sleepers usually want firmer support. Try our mattress quiz, or come into a showroom and lie on a few before you decide.

Question 8

Do your mattresses sleep hot?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the material. Latex and pocket-spring mattresses let more air through and usually sleep cooler than solid foam. If you tend to run hot, tell us in the showroom and we will suggest a build that suits you.

Question 9

Can I try mattresses before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Visit any of our 5 showrooms (Suchitra, Nagole and KPHB in Hyderabad, plus Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam) and lie on them before you choose.

Question 10

What if I have allergies?

Accepted Answer

Come into a showroom and we will show you exactly what goes into each mattress, so you can choose materials that suit you. A mattress protector helps most allergy sufferers. If your allergies are severe, ask your doctor.

Question 11

How do I care for my mattress?

Accepted Answer

Rotate it every 3-6 months, use a mattress protector, keep it dry and let it air. Avoid jumping on it. Our Sleep Guide has more detail.

Question 12

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay in full when your mattress arrives. Card, UPI and net banking are not available yet.

Question 13

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

A mattress is a hygiene product and most of ours are cut to order, so we cannot take one back because the size or firmness did not suit you. If it arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it. Refunds take 7-10 business days once approved.

Question 14

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Checkout tells you whether your PIN code is covered before you order. We do not ship outside India.

Question 15

Accepted Answer
