Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Relaxon Mattresses when you buy from this website.

Values shown in square brackets are placeholders in src/config/legal.ts. Fill them in and have the result reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Indian consumer and data protection law before launch. This banner disappears once no placeholders remain.
1.About these terms
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Sabro Industries, a [ ENTITY TYPE ] at [ REGISTERED ADDRESS ], GSTIN [ GSTIN ], trading as Relaxon Mattresses (“we”, “us”).
By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read section 8 on returns and section 9 on liability in particular.
Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where anything here conflicts with a right the law gives you, the law wins.
2.Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Orders are for personal or household use; contact us directly for bulk, hotel or institutional orders rather than ordering through the site.
3.Your account
You need an account to place an order. You can browse and add items to your cart without one — your cart is held in your own browser until you check out.
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, and we will tell you why.
4.Products and descriptions
We describe our mattresses as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; fabric texture and colour can vary slightly between production batches and between screens.
Dimensions are stated in centimetres and are subject to a manufacturing tolerance of approximately 2%. Please measure your bed frame before ordering: a mattress that does not fit a frame is not a defect, and is not something we can accept back.
Firmness is subjective and our firmness ratings are a guide, not a specification.
5.Prices, GST and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST, which is shown as a separate line at checkout.
The total shown to you at checkout is the total you will be charged. If a price changes while you are checking out, we will stop and show you the new total rather than charging it — you decide whether to continue.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is due in full when your mattress is delivered. Card, UPI and net banking are not yet available, and any such options shown as “coming soon” cannot be selected.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you before doing so.
A GST invoice is issued with every order.
6.Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order by email, not when you submit it. We may decline an order if the product is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
You can cancel before dispatch at no cost by contacting us. After dispatch, section 8 applies.
7.Delivery and installation
We deliver across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra. Checkout will tell you whether your PIN code is covered before you order.
Standard delivery is 5-10 working days, and can vary by location and by whether the mattress is being made to order. A custom size takes longer. You will get tracking details by SMS or email when it is dispatched.
Delivery is free in the areas we serve. Two things can carry a charge, and we will always tell you first: a rural address outside our normal network, and carrying a mattress up several floors where there is no lift. Please mention the stairs when you order and there will be no surprise.
Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the mattress and, for Cash on Delivery, to pay. If an address turns out to be incomplete we will contact you; a mattress we genuinely cannot deliver is refunded in full.
Please measure doorways, stairwells and lifts before ordering. If delivery fails because the mattress physically cannot reach the room, we may charge the actual cost of a second visit.
8.Cancellations, returns and refunds
Please choose carefully. A mattress is a hygiene product and most of ours are cut to order, so we do not offer a trial period and cannot accept a return because the size or firmness turned out not to suit you. Use the size guide, or come into a showroom and lie on one — we would much rather help you choose than take one back.
Cancelling. Email us on the same day you place it, before it has been processed and we will cancel it. Once a made-to-order mattress has gone into production it cannot be cancelled, because it is being cut to your measurements.
If something is wrong with it, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs or a short video. That is your right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and nothing above limits it:
| If the mattress is… | What we do |
|---|---|
| Damaged in transit | Reported within 48 hours with photos — full refund or a replacement, and we collect |
| Defective or faulty | Replaced or refunded, and see the 10-year warranty in section 9 |
| Not what you ordered | We collect it and deliver the correct one at no cost, or refund you in full |
| Not as described on this site | Full refund, including collection |
| Unused and still packaged | Required for any return — a mattress showing use, marks or stains cannot be taken back, for hygiene reasons |
| Refund method | To the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery we will ask for your bank details |
| Refund timing | 7-10 business days once approved |
Please inspect your mattress as it is delivered and tell the delivery team straight away if anything is wrong. That is by far the quickest way to put it right, and it is well inside the 48-hour window.
9.Warranty
Every mattress carries a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the date of delivery.
Covered: visible sagging or body impressions deeper than 25 mm that are not caused by an unsupportive base; splits or cracks in the foam under normal use; manufacturing faults in stitching or zips.
Not covered: normal softening that does not affect support; comfort preference; damage from misuse, an inadequate or broken base, moisture, pests, or transport by anyone other than us; stains, burns or tears; any mattress whose law tag has been removed; and mattresses bought second-hand.
Bring us proof of purchase and we will repair or replace the mattress at our option. Where neither is reasonably possible we will refund you on a pro-rata basis for the unexpired portion of the warranty.
10.Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income or loss of opportunity.
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses caused by the site being unavailable.
11.Acceptable use and reviews
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, access other customers’ accounts or data, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it for anything unlawful.
Reviews must reflect genuine experience of a product you bought. We do not edit reviews to make them more favourable, and we do not delete a review simply for being critical. We remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, contain personal data, or are not about the product. By posting a review you give us permission to display it on the site.
12.Intellectual property
The Relaxon Mattresses name, logo, site design, photographs and product copy belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. You keep ownership of anything you post, such as reviews.
13.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction — but this does not remove your right, as a consumer, to bring a complaint before the consumer commission where you live.
Please contact our Grievance Officer first. Most problems are resolved quickly that way. You may also call the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
